The MCRN2 is an advanced NFC Reader and an optimal solution for companies searching after a professional solution. MCRN2 has besides the USB different additional interfaces like Bluetooth® Smart BLE 4.1, RS232, RS485 and offers different possibilities for the operation. For example a Smartphone can be used as NFC Tag for short distances or the Bluetooth interface for larger distances. The design and interface possibilities could be individually customized and adjusted to the needs in the application. A powerful internal antenna can read tags up to 80mm distance. Different external 50 Ohm antennas with coaxial cable can be attached to the SMA or uFL connectors. This offers the possibility to install the USB RFID Reader in hidden areas and protect them against manipulation, as the user gets only access to the antenna surface.

The answer is very simple, wherever you have an USB interface and need a plug and play solution to read and write NFC Tags. For example, connect the USB RFID reader to your computer and use it to format the RFID tags that you simply have to put on the device. With the device you can not only read the IDs of the cards, you can also write data to the RFID NFC cards. Depending on the card type, you can save much more information in the TAGs. Since the USB interface also provides the necessary power supply, you can easily ensure the operation and data transfer with one cable.
